SHIPPING POLICY
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update. If the tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please email support@hairfortlessly.com.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Customers Located Outside The U.K. Are subject to the taxes and duties of the destination country and paid by the customer. Please note that Guidelines and regulations differ by country and we are not liable for any additional costs. It is highly advised to check with the local customs authority to confirm any customs duties or taxes that are payable by the customer to ensure an accurate calculation. If the customer refuses the package, they will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have been incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the ordered parcel to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from the refund, once the shipment is received at our warehouse.
HOW ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year. Hair and lace have 7 business day processing. Wigs and U Parts have 21 business day processing. Cambodian hair delivery will be corresponded via email.
AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL IT?
We will attempt to make the change to your order within the same day your order is made. Depending on our volume and time of year, we may not be able to make any changes. If you made an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, we’re sorry, but we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. We can only ship to the address entered in checkout. If your address is incorrect, please email support@hairfortlessly.com.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS UNDELIVERABLE?
A return shipping fee will be invoiced to you to cover return shipping costs due to the unclaimed, invalid/undeliverable address provided to us. This will need to be paid prior to us re-shipping your package. Your package must be received prior to us making any changes or resending the order. Please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly to avoid delays in receiving your order. We do not refund shipping fees. In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customer’s address, Hairfortlessly does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Custom unit colors are made to order. Once the order is submitted, the order cannot be changed. The custom color you choose will be as close as possible to the photo. We will do our very best to match the color, however, there is no guarantee the color will be exactly the photo or description. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
