WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Given the unique nature of our products, refunds are not available and all sales are final. However, you may exchange items under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 72 hours of receipt.
- Exchanges can be made for products of equal value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, store credit will be provided.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the seal on the hair extensions has been broken.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returns or exchanges. We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
- Customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Fees for expedited processing are non-refundable.
WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
- Cancellation Period: Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. This window starts from the moment the order is placed.
- Customization: All units are tailored to your specifications. After the 48-hour cancellation period, orders will proceed to customization.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellation requests received after the 48-hour period cannot be accommodated. Orders not canceled within this timeframe will be charged in full.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All orders are customized based on your selection and will take 7-21 business days to create Cambodian hair can take 2 weeks to 6 months to fulfill. Due to the nature of our product, we do not give refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Please read all disclosures and FAQs prior to making a purchase. Once we receive your order we begin processing the order immediately. Please be sure you have chosen the correct style, color and length before checking out. We do not offer any warranties, guarantees or repairs. We are not responsible for a unit that does not fit.
Custom unit colors are made to order. Once the order is submitted, the order cannot be changed. The custom color you choose will be as close as possible to the photo. We will do our very best to match the color, however, there is no guarantee the color will be exactly the photo or description. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
